The legendary beef known as Koberind enjoys an outstanding reputation in the top gastronomy in Japan and the USA as well as a delicacy. But it is also known to an increasing number of gourmets in Europe. Consumers are placing increasing value on regionality and traceability. This is an opportunity for farmers or newcomers to replace imports of Wagyu meat from all over the world with local products. The market is there!

In this context, a wide genetics is the key for a sustainable breeding and production! According to the myth, in Japan Wagyu should be massaged daily and receive beer in the diet to develop the marbling. This is also possible without! The genetic disposition is given, good nutrition also contributes to the exclusive meat product.

The genetic pool has been systematically expanded over the years by imports from Australia and the USA.

Meanwhile animals out of our breeding can be found by many other breeders, not only in Germany, but also in Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Hungary, Czech Republic, England, Northern Ireland, Sweden and Norway!
